So last Friday night, I went out. It had been a challenging week with the boys and I really fancied a night out with friends. So having read about this cool bar in town, a few of us ventured into Soho to check it out. We went to Marks Bar. It's the downstairs bar of Hix, the Oyster bar on Brewer Street. It's owned by Mark Hix, the guy that set up The Ivy!. OMG I loved this place. When you head down the stairs you are transported into a drinking haunt made up of fabulous decor, handsome, friendly staff and a mixed clientelle and music too. Most people were seated so it wasn't over crowded, it was extremely intimate (in a good way) and the staff were ridiculously customer friendly! It was so nice although the drinks were expensive £24:00 for two Moscow Mules but I would recommend this place to any chick out there who fancies something a little different before a big night out. It is pure class, totally divine. Go visit.
